#①What is my best fit sock size?

#②Do you offer gift wrapping?

→Yes, we offer gift wrapping. Depending on the type of socks, up to 5–6 pairs can be wrapped together in one gift box. For larger quantities, we will include both gift boxes and gift bags in your shipment.

If you have any specific requests, please contact us by email and we will do our best to accommodate them. Please note that during our busy season (October–December), we may not be able to accept special wrapping requests.

 

#③What shipping company do you use?

→We will delivery by FedEX. We cannot deliver your PO BOX address.

 

#④Where country do you ship from?

→We will ship from Japan.

 

#⑤How many days will it take to ship after ordering?

→If the product is in stock, it will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

 

#⑥What are the payment methods?

→Paypal, Credit card, and Apple Pay are available to pay.

 

#⑦What are your shipping fees?

→Shipping rates depend on your order total and the shipping method selected at checkout.

・Orders of $150.00 or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

・For orders below $150.00, you may choose:

     ・Standard Shipping (estimated 6–14 business days): $10.00

     ・FedEx Priority (estimated 2–5 business days): $25.00

#⑧Can we change or return an item after we received socks?

→It is basically possible to change socks or return socks, if it is before shipping.Please contact us once. We do not accept returns or exchanges after shipment.Thank you understanding it.
