I ordered 2 pairs but when I went to pay there was only 1 pair ( out if stock I assume ) and I paid $20 USD, I emailed the company twice since they had a note on the order to ask if anything was wrong to email them before the socks leave the warehouse but no one got back to me . I may think twice before doing this again . Not great customer service
LOVE what I've heard about the product, too bad they don't make a size XL so I could buy a pair!!
Chups Socks always the right choice
In short, these socks are great. They are comfortable and warm without actually being that thick.
They feel like they will last for a long time. Most socks have a very elasticky feeling. When I put these on, it felt like the stretch from came mainly from the quality knit, rather than entirely from elastic, which wears out over time especially with washing and drying. The pattern is quite attractive, which I love since socks+Chacs is my go-to look in the fall. Shipping to NY didn't take too long, either. I have had my eye on these for a long time, but my other socks were still in good shape. Now that those got some holes I invested in a couple of pairs of these and I am not disappointed. I highly recommend these socks!
The only thing I'll say is that the wool material is more fibrous and can irritate sensitive skin, like mine. I basically always wear these socks on top of leggings, so it isn't a problem for me. But personally I would not wear them directly on my skin because they do irritate.
