HEAVY WEIGHT 110 is a heavyweight sock carefully knitted by CHUP using a vintage Japanese knitting machine that has been in operation for over 40 years.
Made with more yarn than ordinary socks, it offers exceptional durability and a substantial feel. Premium long-staple combed cotton yarn is used throughout, creating a smooth and comfortable texture while maintaining a rugged, authentic character.
Multiple stretch yarns are incorporated into the inside of the sock to provide a secure yet comfortable fit. The result is a soft, resilient feel that gently wraps around the foot.
To further enhance comfort, each pair undergoes both soaping and tumble finishing processes. These treatments give the socks a broken-in softness and a natural texture from the very first wear.
Knitted on a rare 84-needle machine at an exceptionally high gauge, HEAVY WEIGHT 110 represents the pursuit of volume, durability, and comfort in a single pair of socks.
