A festival of fire held every January in Lerwick, in the Shetland Islands, to mark the islands' historical links with the Vikings. In the main ceremony a model of a Viking long ship is burned in the middle of the town. The lines in this design are inspired by the vikings’ weapons and shield as they rode their ships, and even the ocean waves themselves. May these socks mark an end to the harsh winter and welcome to the abundance of the coming spring.
These socks useDralon cotton yarn, a cotton and acrylic mix yarn, and recycled cotton yarn.Cotton by itself tends to result in socks that gradually become rougher and stiffer over many washes and wears.
Acrylic is a good material for socks, as it brings and maintains softness.
Dralon cotton is also hypo-allergenic,
easy to clean,
These socks are so cozy and comfortable. And they have an awesome vintage vibe

Great color and feels good. A bit thicker than I thought for summer, but overall great socks.
